Position: Full Time Site Foreman:
Key Responsibilities: – Execute a wide range of renovation, remodeling, and restoration projects – Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project completion to high standards – Utilize various skills to deliver high-quality results – Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on all projects – Contribute to the overall success of the team through effective communication and problem solving.
Qualifications: – Proficiency remodeling and building homes, commercial tenant improvements. – Construction safety certifications are a plus – Project management certifications are welcome – Aptitude in multiple disciplines will be given preference. Candidates must be customer centric and team oriented and able to pass a criminal background check, provide a clean driver’s abstract, be physically fit (able to lift 50lbs.) healthy / presentable and conduct themselves with utmost professionalism at all times.
