Sub-Contractors: We are always looking for experienced craftspeople to work alongside us on our projects. The following is a framework of the minimum requirements we are looking for in anyone we onboard:

  1. Proof of full General Liability Insurance (minimum $3,000,000.00 but $5,000,000.00 preferred).
  2. Letter of Clearance from Workers Compensation Insurers.
  3. Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in your chosen trade specialty.
  4. Red Seal Certification or Equivalent Trade Qualification.
  5. Safety Certifications
  6. Non-Smoking
  7. Ability to pass a criminal background check
  8. Valid Driver’s Licence
  9. Clean, professional presentation.
  10. Accountability, integrity, loyalty and a steadfast commitment to problem solving.
  11. Excellent communication skills. “Minutes Matter” mind set.

Join Our Team as a Renovation Specialist serving Palm Desert to San Diego to Los Angeles.

We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for problem solving, renovation, remodeling, and restoration to join our team. Position: Renovation Specialist – Multiple Positions Available for Projects across Southern California and potentially out-of-state with some travel. Projects include both commercial and residential site work.

Key Responsibilities: – Execute a wide range of renovation, remodeling, and restoration projects – Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project completion to high standards – Utilize various skills such as carpentry, painting, electrical work, plumbing, landscaping, and tiling to deliver high-quality results – Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on all projects – Contribute to the overall success of the team through effective communication and problem solving.

Qualifications: – Proven experience in carpentry with millwork shop bench experience – Trade qualifications certification in carpentry/framing – Proficiency in painting, plastering, electrical work, plumbing, landscaping, and tiling – Construction safety certifications are a plus – Project management certifications are welcome – Aptitude in multiple disciplines will be given preference. Candidates must be customer centric and team oriented and able to pass a criminal background check, provide a clean driver’s abstract, be physically fit (able to lift 50lbs.) healthy / presentable and conduct themselves with utmost professionalism at all times.
