Welcome / Benvenuto! Our last name Costo, in Latin, that means Coast. If you go to Italy today, Costo means cost, price, expense or effort.

Our forefathers immigrated from Italy in 1905 and they were proud stone masons, church builders and road builders. Costo Bros. Construction was founded in 1910 and went on to build notable landmarks across Canada and eventually sections of the Alaska Highway.

Today, we keep those ancestors in mind when we do what we do every day. We are 4th and now 5th generation General Builders (#B1105911) and Certified CMAA Construction Managers (#30704) and hold Project Management Certification (#3805128) through the Project Management Institute. With roots in Canada we have brought significant in-field and hands-on expertise and investment to beautiful Southern California in the desert and on the coast, and we are now so proud to serve our clients and partner with co-investors and developers here. As a father and sons team, we’re committed to upholding a tradition of excellence and integrity in every project we undertake.
